Common use of Service Suspension Clause in Contracts

Service Suspension. 7.1 The Company may from time to time suspend a Service in accordance with the SLA provided that it shall comply with the provisions of paragraph 2.3 of the SLA. 7.2 Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by the other Party as a result of any suspension pursuant to clause 7.1 above.
