Resumption of Service. If Customer requests that Service be restored after a suspension or termination, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx has the sole and absolute discretion to restore such Service and may condition restoration upon satisfaction of such conditions as Xxxxxxxxx.xxx determines is necessary for its protection, including requiring Customer to execute a new agreement, pay all past due statements in full, pass Xxxxxxxxx.xxx’s credit approval, and/or make advance payments. New nonrecurring charges also may apply to restore Service.
Resumption of Service. If Service has been discontinued by Xxxxx 0 and --------------------- Customer requests that Service be restored, Level 3 shall have the sole and absolute discretion to restore such Service. Nonrecurring charges, with the exception of any charges for the build-out of Colocation Space already paid by Customer, may apply to restoration of Service.

New NRCs also may apply to restore Service.
Resumption of Service. Subscriber’s resumption of access to the Services following a suspension by Reachify for the reasons cited above will not extend the then-current term, nor result in an extension of the period covered by the prepaid Service Fees. Resumption of Subscriber’s account following suspension or termination by Reachify is subject to the sole discretion of Reachify. If Reachify allows Subscriber to resume using the Services, Subscriber may be subject to a reconnection fee and applicable retraining fees, and must pay in full all outstanding account balances.
Resumption of Service. If Orixcom exercises its right to suspend the Service pursuant to clause 11.1 Orixcom will use reasonable endeavours to resume the Service as soon as practicable after the reason for suspension no longer exists (subject to the exercise of any termination right on the part of Orixcom).

At Sistema Technologies’ option, deposits, advanced payments, nonrecurring charges, and/or an extended Service Term may apply to restoration of Service.
Resumption of Service. 2508 Upon the declaration of cessation of the Emergency Condition, the Emergency Operator shall return to 2509 Contractor its vehicles, equipment, and other facilities acquired and used by it. Further, upon the 2510 declaration of cessation of the Emergency Condition, and unless City has terminated this Agreement 2511 pursuant to Article 10, Contractor shall recommence its operations hereunder and shall perform all of its 2512 duties and obligations in accordance with the provisions hereof, and shall be entitled to all of its rights 2513 hereunder, including accrual of revenues for its benefit, from and after the date upon which the 2514 Emergency Condition shall be deemed to have ceased. 2515
Resumption of Service. Chautauqua agrees that where relief is obtained under this provision to make its best efforts to resume Service. Chautauqua further agrees to consult with and advise US Airways of any anticipated delay or failure, as soon as it becomes aware of such anticipated delay or failure or the possibility thereof, whether for FORCE MAJEURE or otherwise, and where applicable, to reestablish applicable timetables.
