Service Term ʹUnder Attack. Notwithstanding Section 1.4 of this Service-Specific Term, if you order Silverline SaaS Offerings while under a DDoS attack, the Subscription Start Date shall start on the date that you have accepted this Agreement, including all applicable Orders, for the applicable Silverline SaaS Offering. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are obligated to promptly place an order for such Silverline SaaS Offering with us or an Authorized Distribution Partner, as applicable, and pay applicable fees for such Silverline SaaS Offering.
