Common use of Service to Employer Clause in Contracts

Service to Employer. During your employment under this Agreement you will: (a) well and faithfully serve the Corporation, at all times act in, and promote, the best interests of the Corporation, and devote substantially the whole of your working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Corporation; (b) comply with all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Corporation; and (c) not, without the prior approval of the Board, carry on or engage in any other business or occupation or become a director, officer, employee or agent of or hold any position or office with any other corporation, firm or person, except as a volunteer for a non-profit organization, for personal investments or a personal holding company, which may include members of your family as shareholders.

Service to Employer. During your employment under this Agreement you will: (a) well and faithfully serve the Corporation, at all times act in, and promote, the best interests of the Corporation, and devote substantially the whole of your working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Corporation; (b) comply with all reasonable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Corporation; and (c) not, without the prior approval of the Board, to carry on or engage in any other business or occupation or become a director, officer, employee or agent of or hold any position or office with any other corporation, firm or person, except as a volunteer for a non-profit organization, for personal investments or a personal holding company, which may include members of your family as shareholders.

Service to Employer. During your employment under this Agreement you will: (a) well and faithfully serve the Corporation, at all times Company, (b) act in, and promote, the best interests of the Corporation, and Company, (c) devote substantially the whole of your working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the CorporationCompany; (bd) comply with all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the CorporationCompany; and (ce) not, without the prior approval of the Board, to carry on or engage in any other business or occupation or become a director, officer, employee or agent of or hold any position or office with any other corporation, firm or person, except as a volunteer for a non-profit organization, organization or for maintaining personal investments or a personal holding company, which may include members provided that such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of your family as shareholdersduties under this Agreement.
