Service with a Jury. An employee shall be granted leave with pay for jury duty. The supervisor shall request and receive from the employee a copy of the subpoena. The Agency reserves the right to petition for removal of the employee from jury duty if, in the Agency’s judgment, the operating requirements of the Agency would be hampered. The employee may keep any money paid by the court for serving on a jury.
