Common use of Service with a Jury Clause in Contracts

Service with a Jury. The employee, upon request from the Employer, will pay any money paid by the court for serving on jury to the Employer. An employee who has jury duty will be assigned to day shift for the length of time the employee is on jury duty, if it is necessary to do so for the jury service. Jury service shall be considered time worked for all hours that occur during an employee’s shift.
