Common use of Service Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Service Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx. Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx is defined in the Schedule A for each Service. Except for the express warranties set forth in the Schedule A, the Services are provided exclusive on an "as is" basis, and Customer's use of the Services is at its sole risk.
