Common use of Servicer to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit H, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit H, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, J in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, Date to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H J in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit H, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, J in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, Date to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H J in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class class of Certificates certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit HG, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Wells Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (iiix) with xxth respect to Xxxxx Wells Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer Xxxxxcer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, Loans shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H G in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit HF, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Wxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Wxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H F in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit HJ-1, and any other information the Master Servicer requiresor with respect to Washington Mutual, Exhibit J-2, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, Date to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H J-1 in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.
