Servicers to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Trustee the information set forth in Exhibit Z hereto in such form as the Trustee shall reasonably request with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Servicer Data Remittance Date to enable the Trustee to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.
