Common use of Services and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Services and Compensation. Consultant shall provide the services set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto to the Company (the “Services”). In such capacities, Consultant shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Services can be modified as reasonably required to suit the specific requirements and needs of the Company. The Company shall pay Consultant the fee set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. Except as set forth on Exhibit A, all costs and expenses of Consultant’s performance hereunder shall be borne by the Consultant.
