Services and facilities management. 13.1 The Landlord will maintain the Building and Contents in good repair and proper working order but nothing in this clause 13 requires the Landlord to remedy any damage caused by the Tenant or in the case of destruction or damage by an insured risk unless the cost is met by the Tenant or by insurance.
