SERVICES AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. During the Term, Customer will provide TSG with all necessary and reasonable resources, information, direction and other assistance, as may be requested by TSG from time to time, in connection with the Services. TSG's nonperformance of its obligations hereunder will be excused to the extent caused by Customer's failure to timely provide such necessary and reasonable resources, information, direction and other assistance.
