Common use of Services & facilities Clause in Contracts

During the Period of Residence we will use reasonable endeavours to: - 1. 1.1 maintain the structure of the Halls of Residence and keep the Halls of Residence and Communal Areas (including the lighting, heating and fire fighting equipment within them) clean, in reasonable repair and fit for use by you and other occupiers; 1

This may mean that, during warmer weather, the heating may be turned off; 1
