Visitors 2. 4.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of your Visitors and must ensure that they do not breach this Agreement. If they do, this will be a breach by you. 2.4.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Building where we have grounds to believe this is necessary for the safety or well- being of others. 2.4.3 You are not permitted to allow anyone to stay overnight in the Accommodation. 2.4.4 You must not allow visitors to the Room or the Building to be noisy or disruptive. 2.4.5 You will be liable for the cost of making good all damage cause by your Visitors.

Visitors 2. 5.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of any Visitor and you must ensure that they do not breach the terms of this Agreement. If they do, you will be in breach of this Agreement. 2.5.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Halls of Residence where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons. 2.5.3 You agree not to allow more than four visitors in the Accommodation at any one time. 2.5.4 You agree not to allow anyone other than the occasional adult Visitor (18 years and older) to stay overnight and Visitors are only permitted provided that this does not annoy other occupants of the Halls of Residence or disrupt study and provided that (a) no Visitors are permitted within the first two weeks of the Period of Residence; (b) Visitors cannot stay for more than a maximum of 3 consecutive nights per week (unless permission has been obtained in advance from the Halls of Residence team or the Third Party Provider); (c) Visitors must be signed in at the Glasney Lodge reception; and (d) no overnight Visitors are permitted in shared rooms. We reserve the right to withdraw this privilege on 48 hours' notice if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary to do so for the safety and wellbeing of other occupants of the Halls of Residence and/or to safeguard our property.
Visitors 2. 5.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of your Visitors. All Visitors must sign in at the Halls Reception. Any Visitors behaving in breach of the terms of this Agreement will be in breach of this Agreement. 2.5.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Hall where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons. 2.5.3 You agree not to allow more than one adult Visitor (18 years and older) to stay overnight and they are only permitted to stay overnight for a maximum of two consecutive nights or three non- consecutive nights in any 14 day period. 2.5.4 Should you wish to have visitors stay longer than stated in clause 2.5.3 permission must be obtained from the Hall Manager at least 3 working days prior to the date of their stay. 2.5.5 Visitors are only permitted provided that this does not annoy other occupants of the Hall or disrupt study by other occupants of the Accommodation or Hall. We reserve the right to prohibit visitors if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary to do so for the safety and wellbeing of other occupants of the Hall and/or to safeguard our property or in accordance with government guidance or requirements.
Visitors 2. 5.1 You understand that you are responsible for the behaviour of any Visitor at any time when they are within the Hall or any other University premises and you will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the Hall or its Contents as if such damaged was caused by you. 2.5.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Hall where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well- being of other persons. 2.5.3 When you have an overnight Visitor, you must register them using the Home at Halls App. If you do not have the Home at Halls App, you may register your visitor with Halls Reception. You understand such overnight Visitors must be over the age of 16 and that you may not have overnight Visitors for more than two nights in any rolling seven-night period. You also understand that you may have only one overnight Visitor at a time and you are responsible for the behaviour of any Visitor.
Visitors 2. 5.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of any person authorised to occupy under clause 2.4 and any Visitor and you must ensure that they do not breach the terms of this Agreement. If they do, you will be in breach of this Agreement. 2.5.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors and any person authorised to occupy under clause 2.4 from the Accommodation or the Residence where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons. 2.5.3 You agree not to allow more than four Visitors in the Accommodation at any one time (provided that Visitors have not been prohibited or the number of Visitors restricted to less than four at any time during the Period of Residence as a result of any Government guidance or enactment or any rule or regulation imposed by us for the safety and/or well-being of other persons). 2.5.4 You agree not to allow anyone other than one occasional adult Visitor (18 years and older) at any one time to stay overnight and any Visitor is only permitted to stay overnight with the Residence Management Team's prior written permission (please see xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx/accommodation/students/currentstudents/resinfo/) and permission may be refused if the Residence Management Team considers the presence of the Visitor may constitute a fire safety or other safety risk or annoy other occupants of the Residence or disrupt study and provided that the Visitor and does not stay overnight for more than three consecutive nights. We reserve the right to withdraw this privilege on 48 hours' notice if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary to do so for the safety and wellbeing of other occupants of the Residence and/or to safeguard our property. 2.5.5 Notwithstanding the provisions above, you agree not to allow any Visitors in the Accommodation during Freshers’ week.

If they do, you will be in breach of this Agreement. 2.3.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Hall where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons. 2.3.3 You are not permitted to have any overnight guests (between 10pm and 7am). 2.3.4 All Visitors must sign in at the reception within your Hall and Visitors are only permitted provided that this does not annoy other occupants of the Hall or disrupt study by other occupants of the Accommodation or Hall. We reserve the right to prohibit visitors if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary to do so for the safety and wellbeing of other occupants of the Hall and/or to safeguard our property.

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Transportation of Students Neither the University nor the District will provide transportation for candidates between the University and the District school. Each candidate shall be responsible for his or her transportation.

  • Scope of Use The Fund will use the System and the Data Access Services only for the processing of securities transactions, the keeping of books of account for the Fund and accessing data for purposes of reporting and analysis. The Fund shall not, and shall cause its employees and agents not to (i) permit any unauthorized third party to use the System or the Data Access Services, (ii) sell, rent, license or otherwise use the System or the Data Access Services in the operation of a service bureau or for any purpose other than as expressly authorized under this Addendum, (iii) use the System or the Data Access Services for any fund, trust or other investment vehicle), other than as set forth herein, without the prior written consent of State Street, (iv) allow access to the System or the Data Access Services through terminals or any other computer or telecommunications facilities located outside the Designated Locations, (v) allow or cause any information (other than portfolio holdings, valuations of portfolio holdings, and other information reasonably necessary for the management or distribution of the assets of the Fund) transmitted from State Street’s databases, including data from third party sources, available through use of the System or the Data Access Services to be redistributed or retransmitted to another computer, terminal or other device for other than use for or on behalf of the Fund or (vi) modify the System in any way, including without limitation developing any software for or attaching any devices or computer programs to any equipment, system, software or database which forms a part of or is resident on the Designated Configuration.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • Right to Refuse Dangerous Work An employee shall have the right to refuse to work in situations, which can reasonably be considered dangerous.
