Common use of Services & facilities Clause in Contracts

Services & facilities. During the Period of Residence the University (either by itself or by the Managing Agent) will use reasonable endeavours: 1.1.1 to provide the services set out in this Agreement; 1.1.2 to provide internet access in the Hall; 1.1.3 to provide an adequate supply of hot water for normal domestic use; 1.1.4 where you pay the Licence Fee and comply with your obligations under this Agreement, permit you to quietly enjoy the Accommodation without unwarranted interference from us. We will not be liable for any failure or interruption to any of the services or facilities (or any loss arising from any failure or interruption), if the failure or interruption is due to reasons outside our control (e.g. mechanical breakdown, shortages of fuel/materials, labour disputes, student action or necessary maintenance, repair, or replacement).
