Labor and Equipment. CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain all labor, 885 equipment, tools, facilities, and personnel supervision required for the performance of 886 CONTRACTOR’S obligations under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall at all times have 887 sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill CONTRACTOR’S obligations under this 888 Agreement. No compensation for CONTRACTOR’S services or for CONTRACTOR’S 889 supply of labor, equipment, tools, facilities or supervision shall be provided or paid to 890 CONTRACTOR by TOWN or by any Service Recipient except as expressly provided by this 891 Agreement.

CONTRACTOR shall at all times have 24 sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill CONTRACTOR’s obligations under this 25 Agreement. No compensation for CONTRACTOR’s services or for CONTRACTOR’s 26 supply of labor, equipment, tools, facilities or supervision shall be provided or paid to 27 CONTRACTOR by CITY or by any Service Recipient except as expressly provided by this
Labor and Equipment. Richmond shall supply all labor and supplies necessary to maintain the level of service required by this Agreement. Any equipment purchased by the El Cerrito Police Department to be utilized by the Richmond Police Department Communication Center (hereafter “El Cerrito Equipment”) shall meet the Richmond Police Chief’s specifications. All El Cerrito Equipment shall remain within the Richmond Police Department Communications Center during the term of this Agreement but shall be owned by El Cerrito. Richmond and El Cerrito shall meet and confer before the installation of El Cerrito Equipment to discuss installation, maintenance, and security protocols. Richmond Police Department Communications Center staff shall use reasonable care when operating El Cerrito Equipment. El Cerrito shall be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of El Cerrito Equipment. Richmond shall allow El Cerrito employees and contractors reasonable access to the Richmond Police Department Communications Center to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades of El Cerrito Equipment, subject to any standard security measures employed by Richmond at the Richmond Police Department Communications Center. In the event of damage to El Cerrito Equipment beyond normal wear-and- tear, Richmond and El Cerrito shall meet and confer in good faith to determine responsibility for any such damage and whether reimbursement by Richmond, if applicable, shall be direct or a credit against a monthly payment by El Cerrito, as provided for in Section 7.1 of this Agreement.
Labor and Equipment. For the purpose of performing said services, County shall furnish and supply all labor, supervision, equipment, communication services, and supplies necessary to maintain the level of service to be rendered hereunder. Location of the above will not necessarily be within City limits. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, it is agreed that in all instances where specific equipment used solely to support specialized enforcement activities within the City not normally provided by the Sheriff is to be used, or where special supplies, stationery, notices, forms, and the like related to law enforcement are to be issued in the name of City, such equipment and materials shall be supplied by City at its own cost and expense. Any such special equipment or materials so purchased by City shall meet with the Sheriff's specifications shall remain within the City limits, and ownership title thereto shall remain with City. However, under no circumstances shall City purchase or otherwise provide general patrol vehicles for services provided pursuant to this agreement without permission of Sheriff. The County shall provide all marked general Patrol vehicles to City and shall charge City for their use on a per mile basis.
Labor and Equipment. Contractor must provide and maintain all labor, equipment, tools, 561 facilities, and personnel supervision required for the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this 562 Agreement. Contractor must always have sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill Contractor’s 563 obligations under this Agreement. No payment for Contractor’s Collection Services or for Contractor’s supply 564 of labor, equipment, tools, facilities or supervision will be provided or paid to Contractor by any Service 565 Recipient except as expressly provided by this Agreement.
Labor and Equipment. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, Lessor is not a partner of Lessee with respect to this Lease or the operations of Lessee hereunder. Lessee shall be solely responsible for persons employed and all contractors or subcontractors retained by Lessee. All laborers of Lessee or its contractors or subcontractors shall be solely their employees, not employees of Lessor. Lessor shall not be liable with respect to any debts or obligations of Lessee.
(b) On entering into possession of the Leased Premises, Lessee agrees to promptly post and keep posted in a conspicuous place thereon all notices required by the United States Mine safety and Health Administration as well as a written notice that the Leased Premises are held by Lessee and that Lessor is not liable for any and all labor performed and for supplies and materials used by Lessee in or upon the premises, and that Lessor shall not be responsible for any debts or expenses incurred by Lessee in any of Lessee’s operations.
(c) Lessee shall promptly discharge any mechanic’s lien upon the Leased Premises filed by or on behalf of anyone performing services or providing goods to Lessee or any contractor or subcontractor. Provided however, Lessee may challenge any such lien in good faith by appropriate proceedings so long as Lessee does not permit foreclosure upon the Leased Premises.
Labor and Equipment. FRANCHISEE shall provide and maintain all labor, 414 equipment, tools, facility(ies), and personnel supervision required for the performance of 415 FRANCHISEE’S obligations under this AGREEMENT. FRANCHISEE shall at all times have 416 sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill FRANCHISEE’S obligations under this 417 AGREEMENT. No compensation for FRANCHISEE’S services or for FRANCHISEE’S supply of 418 labor, equipment, tools, facilities or supervision shall be provided or paid to FRANCHISEE by the 419 CITY or by any Service Recipient except as expressly provided by this AGREEMENT.
