Holiday Service. CUSTOMER agrees that Holiday Service Rates shall apply to any service performed under this Agreement which falls on: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, federal banking and any local applicable observed holiday. Charges for service on such dates will be as stated upon page 2 of this Agreement, excluding Christmas Day. LOOMIS will not provide Christmas Day service.
Holiday Service. The TOWN designates January 1st, Independence Day, 896 Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25th as legal holidays as dates of non- 897 collection for Collection Services. In any week in which one of these holidays falls on a Work 898 Day, SFD Collection Services for the holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed 899 one Work Day for the remainder of the week with normally scheduled Friday Collection 900 Services being performed on Saturday. MFD, Commercial and Town Collection Services 901 shall be adjusted as agreed between the CONTRACTOR and the Service Recipient but 902 must meet the minimum frequency requirement of one (1) time per week.
Holiday Service. CITY observes Thanksgiving Day, December 25th, and 29 January 1st as legal holidays. CONTRACTOR shall not be required to provide services 30 under this Agreement or to maintain office hours on these designated holidays. In any 31 week in which one of these holidays falls on a Work Day, SFD Recycling Services for the 32 holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed one Work Day for the remainder of 33 the week with normally scheduled Friday SFD Recycling Services being performed on 34 Saturday.
Holiday Service. CITY observes Thanksgiving Day, December 25, and January 1 as “legal holidays.” On these “legal holidays,” CONTRACTOR will not be required to provide services under this Agreement or to maintain office hours. In any week in which one of these legal holidays falls on a Work Day, SFD Recycling Collection Services for the legal holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed one Work Day for the remainder of the week with normally scheduled Friday SFD Recycling Collection Services being performed on Saturday.
Holiday Service. The City observes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day as legal holidays. Contractor is not required to provide Collection Services or maintain office hours on the designated holidays. In any week in which one of these holidays falls on a Work Day, SFD Collection Services for the holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed one Work Day for the remainder of the week with normally scheduled Friday SFD Collection Services being performed on Saturday. Commercial Collection Services will be adjusted as set forth in Article 8 but must meet the minimum frequency requirements of one (1) time per week. Collection Services will not take place on Sundays.
Holiday Service. The Contractor observes December 25th and January 1st as legal holidays. Contractor is not required to provide collection services or maintain office hours on the designated holidays. In any week in which one of these holidays falls on a work day (Monday through Saturday), SFD collection services for the holiday and each work day thereafter will be delayed one work day for the remainder of the week, with normally scheduled Friday SFD collection services being performed on Saturday. MFD and commercial collection services shall be adjusted as necessary but must meet the minimum frequency requirements of one time per week.
Holiday Service. LOOMIS agrees to provide service as stated in the Agreement with the following holiday exceptions: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, federal banking and any local applicable observed holiday. Charges for service on such days will be as stated upon page 2 of this Agreement, excluding Christmas Day. LOOMIS will not provide Christmas Day service.
Holiday Service. Service performed on the following legal holidays, viz: New Year’s Day, Washington’s Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (the day before Christmas is observed), Christmas, and New Years Eve (the day before New Years Day is observed), (further providing the day observed by the Nation shall be considered the holiday) shall be paid for under the provisions of Rule 10 and 11.
Holiday Service. CONTRACTOR will provide Collection Services on every holiday 44 except Christmas and New Year’s. CONTRACTOR’s office will be closed New Year’s Day, 45 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and 46 Christmas Day. In any week in which one of these holidays falls on a Work Day, all Collection 1 Services for the holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed one Work Day for the 2 remainder of the week with normally scheduled Friday Collection Services being performed on
Holiday Service. Contractor is not required to provide Collection Services or maintain office 567 hours on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. In any week in which one of these Holidays falls on a Work 568 Day, Collection Services for the Holiday and each Work Day thereafter will be delayed one Work Day for the 569 remainder of the week with normally scheduled Friday Collection Services being performed on Saturday. 570 Service Recipients subscribed to Saturday service would still receive Saturday service.
