Common use of SERVICES PROVIDED BY NSC Clause in Contracts

SERVICES PROVIDED BY NSC. (a) NSC shall perform or arrange for the performance of the various administrative and clerical services listed in Schedule B hereto. The administrative services provided hereunder shall be subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Trusts and the review and comment by the Trusts' auditors and legal counsel and shall be performed in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Trusts and NSC. NSC shall provide the office space, facilities, equipment and the personnel required by it to perform the services contemplated herein.
