Services Provisioning. NE Service includes (i) annually up to one-half logical OCM change per Managed Device (e.g., a fifty-device network permits support for up to twenty- five logical changes), and up to 0.25 full time equivalent (FTE) hours for every 75 Managed Devices (i.e., a total of 2 FTE hours per Business Day for every 75 Managed Devices). Additional changes can be supported for an additional OCM cost. NE charges cover only the required engineering services described. If Customer requests NE Services that exceed the standard FTE hours set forth above after being so advised by Verizon’s Network Engineer, then Verizon reserves the right to charge, at Verizon’s then current labor hourly rate, for the entirety of such NE service.
Services Provisioning. Xcyte Digital will provide Reseller reasonable means to provision or order the provisioning of the Xcyte Digital Services for Customers upon Reseller reselling of Xcyte Digital Services to Customers. Thereafter, Xcyte Digital shall provide the Xcyte Digital Services to Customers in a manner consistent with this Agreement, industry standards, applicable laws and regulations, and Xcyte Digital’s published documentation for the Xcyte Digital Services, whichever is more stringent. For most Xcyte Digital Services, Reseller will be assigned a dedicated instance on Xcyte Digital’s servers and will be responsible for provisioning such Xcyte Digital Services to the Customers. For Xcyte Digital Services that require Xcyte Digital assistance with provisioning, Xcyte Digital will promptly activate the applicable Xcyte Digital Services in accordance with the specifications Reseller provides.
Services Provisioning a. The Customer agrees:
i. that the provision of the Services is subject to the successful configuration of the Customer Interface Equipment and the Customer's other computer equipment and the installation of the relevant Hardware and Software in accordance with Clause 3c hereof;
ii. to authorize HGC or the System Integrator acting on HGC's behalf to configure the Customer Interface Equipment and the Customer's other relevant computer equipment and install the relevant Hardware and Software to enable HGC to provide the Services to the Customer; iii. that it will be the Customer's responsibility prior to installation or configuration of Hardware or Software to back up data on the Customer's computer equipment or the Customer Interface Equipment and inform HGC if any configuration or installation by HGC may invalidate any support arrangements or other functions of the Customer's said equipment; iv. that HGC reserves the right not to configure the Customer Interface Equipment or any of the Customer's computer equipment or install the related Hardware or Software in accordance with Clause 3c hereof as HGC deems appropriate at HGC's discretion;
