Common use of Services Standards Clause in Contracts

Services Standards. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Contractor will perform the following architectural, design, consulting, and related services for and on behalf of City (collectively, the “Services”): (a) those architectural, design, consulting and related services described in the attached Schedule 1.1; (b) any other necessary or appropriate services customarily provided by Contractor in connection with its performance of those services described in the attached Schedule 1.1; and (c) such other architectural, design, consulting and related services requested by City from time to time. Contractor will (x) consult with and advise City on all matters concerning the Services reasonably requested by City, (y) communicate all matters and information concerning the Services to City’s city manager (or his or her designee) and perform the Services under the general direction of the city manager (or his or her designee) and/or council, and (z) devote such time and attention to the performance of the Services as necessary to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that City may cause or direct other persons or contractors to provide services for and on behalf of City that are the same or similar to the Services provided by Contractor under this Agreement.

Services Standards. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Contractor will perform the following architectural, design, consulting, and engineering services concerning Airport related services matters and/or projects for and on behalf of City (collectively, the “Services”): (a) those architectural, design, consulting and related certain engineering services described in on the scope of services attached hereto as Schedule 1.1; (b) any all other necessary or appropriate services customarily provided by Contractor in connection with its performance of those services described in on the attached Schedule 1.1; and (c) such other architectural, design, consulting engineering and related services requested by City City’s airport director (or his or her designee) from time to time. Contractor will (xw) consult with and advise advice City on all matters concerning the Services reasonably requested by City, (yx) communicate all matters and information concerning the Services to City’s city manager the airport director (or his or her designee) and perform the Services under the general direction of the city manager airport director (or his or her designee) and/or council), and (zy) devote such time and attention to the performance of the Services as City deems necessary to or appropriate, and (z) perform the Services in accordance with this Agreementto the best of Contractor’s ability. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that City may cause or direct other persons or contractors to provide services for and on behalf of City that are the same or similar to the Services provided by Contractor under this Agreement.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Contractor Engineer will perform the following architectural, design, consulting, and related engineering services concerning the Project for and on behalf of City (collectively, the “Services”): (a) those architectural, design, consulting and related certain engineering services described in on the scope of services attached hereto as Schedule 1.1; (b) any all other necessary or appropriate services customarily provided by Contractor Engineer in connection with its performance of those services described in on the attached Schedule 1.11.1 (the “Scope of Work”); and (c) such other architectural, design, consulting engineering and related services requested by City City’s city manager from time to time. Contractor Engineer will (xw) consult with and advise City on all matters concerning the Services reasonably requested by City, (yx) communicate all matters and information concerning the Services to City’s city manager (or his or her designee) and perform the Services under the general direction of the City’s city manager (or his or her designee) and/or council), and (zy) devote such time and attention to the performance of the Services as City deems necessary to or appropriate, and (z) perform the Services in accordance with this Agreementto the best of Engineer’s ability. Contractor Engineer acknowledges and agrees that City may cause or direct other persons or contractors to provide services for and on behalf of City that are the same or similar to the Services provided by Contractor Engineer under this Agreement.

Services Standards. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Contractor will perform the following architecturalengineering, design, consulting, and related construction administration services for and on behalf of City (collectively, the “Services”): (a) those architecturalengineering, design, consulting and related construction administration services described in identified on the attached Schedule 1.1; (b) any if not identified in Schedule 1.1, those engineering, design, construction administration, and related services identified in City’s Request for Qualifications dated on or about October , 2019; and (c) all other necessary or appropriate services customarily provided by Contractor in connection with its performance of those services described identified in the attached Schedule 1.1; and (c) such other architectural, design, consulting and related services requested by City from time to time. Contractor will (xw) consult with and advise City on all matters concerning the Services reasonably requested by City, , (yx) communicate all matters and information concerning the Services to City’s city manager (or his or her designee) and perform the Services under the general direction of report directly to the city manager manager, (or his or her designee) and/or council, and (zy) devote such time and attention to the performance of the Services as City and Contractor deem necessary to or appropriate, and (z) perform the Services in accordance with this Agreementto the best of Contractor’s ability. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that City may cause or direct other persons or contractors to provide services for and on behalf of City that are the same or similar to the Services provided by Contractor under this Agreement.

Contractor will (xw) consult with and advise City on all matters concerning the Services reasonably requested by City, (yx) communicate all matters and information concerning the Services to City’s city manager the airport director (or his or her designee) and perform the Services under the general direction of the city manager airport director (or his or her designee) and/or council), and (zy) devote such time and attention to the performance of the Services as City deems necessary to or appropriate, and (z) perform the Services in accordance with this Agreementto the best of Contractor’s ability. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that City may cause or direct other persons or contractors to provide services for and on behalf of City that are the same or similar to the Services provided by Contractor under this Agreement.
