Common use of Services Unique Clause in Contracts

Services Unique. The services to be performed by Executive pursuant to this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary and intellectual character which gives them a peculiar value, the loss of which cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated by damages in an action at law. Company may seek, but shall not be limited to, equitable relief, by injunction or otherwise, in the event of a default by Executive.

Company may seek, but shall not be limited to, equitable relief, by injunction or otherwiseIt is agreed that the Company, in addition to any other remedies, shall be entitled to seek injunctive and other equitable relief to enforce its rights under, and to prevent a breach of, this Agreement by the event of a default by Executive.
