Servicing and Infrastructure Sample Clauses
The SERVICING AND INFRASTRUCTURE clause defines the responsibilities related to maintaining and supporting the physical and technical systems necessary for the operation of a service or facility. It typically outlines which party is responsible for upkeep, repairs, and upgrades to infrastructure such as utilities, IT systems, or equipment, and may specify standards or timelines for such servicing.
