Common use of SERVITUDES TO BE REGISTERED Clause in Contracts

SERVITUDES TO BE REGISTERED. Should it be necessary to register reciprocal servitudes of common access over and in favour of the property and such other properties as may share the common access area adjacent to or near the property the Purchaser hereby consents to and guarantees and undertakes, upon request by the Seller to sign all documents and to do all such things necessary to give effect to this clause, subject to such terms and conditions as may be reasonably imposed to ensure the most beneficial rights of access to the owners of all the properties concerned.
