SET UP LOCATION Clause Samples

The Set-up Location clause defines the specific place where certain activities, such as installation, assembly, or service provision, must occur under the agreement. It typically identifies a physical address or site and may outline any requirements or conditions related to access, preparation, or use of the location. By clearly specifying where contractual obligations are to be performed, this clause helps prevent disputes over logistics and ensures both parties are aligned on the operational details.
