Permit Conditions. The following Permit condition shall apply to all AFL North East Border League Agreements: 1.1 If a team has at least 1 permit player, they shall not be allowed to have more than 20 players on the team sheet. 1.2 A maximum of 4 permit players shall be allowed on any one team sheet. 1.3 A player may play a maximum of 10 permits in total, including finals, in any one season. 1.4 Permits may be issued in more than 1 league but must not exceed 10 in total. 1.5 Permits shall not be issued to any player after June 30th unless they have played on a eligible permit with that team prior to June 30th. 1.6 Permit players shall only play in the one team on the one day. 1.7 AFL Victoria Country and League finals eligibility criteria shall apply.

For purposes of this paragraph, a Valid and Enforceable Program Contract shall mean a contract (i) for which the City has appropriated sufficient funds to allow it to make payments as they become due and owing; (ii) which has been registered pursuant to section 328 of the City Charter; and (iii) which remains in full force and effect and enforceable under applicable law during the term required by this Agreement ("Valid and Enforceable Program Contract"). A failure by the City to comply with the permit condition requiring a Valid and Enforceable Program Contract for a program shall not be a violation of the permit if (i) the City continues to make timely payments for the program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable program contract or (ii) the City has properly terminated the contract pursuant to the terms thereof and the City complies with its obligation to continue to fund or complete the subject program. Permit Conditions. In addition to any condition that the Village Administrative Authority may impose as part of its approval of the permit, the permittee shall be subject to the following conditions: (1) The erosion control elements of the plan shall be implemented prior to the start of any land development activity and shall be maintained over the duration of the project. Stormwater management components of the plan shall be maintained in perpetuity. All elements of the plan shall be constructed or installed in full compliance with the plan as approved; (2) The permittee shall be responsible for the successful implementation and completion of all elements of the approved plan and all costs associated with such project. The permittee shall be liable for all property damage and costs incurred, including environmental restoration costs, resulting from noncompliance with an approved plan; (3) As explicitly provided by the application form, an issued permit shall constitute express permission by the permittee and the landowner for any Village Administrative Authority to enter the property for purposes of inspection under Subsection (6); (4) All incidental mud-tracking off-site onto adjacent public thoroughfares shall be cleaned up and removed by the end of each working day using proper disposal methods; (5) The permittee shall be responsible for maintaining all roads, road right-of-ways, streets, and stormwater drainage facilities as specified in the approved plan until they are accepted and become the responsibility of the Village or other governmental entity; (6) A copy of the approved permit and erosion control plan shall be kept on the project site, in a place readily accessible to contractors, engineers, Village Administrative Authority inspection staff and other authorized personnel;

Permit Conditions. 1. The competent authorities of the Parties exchange an agreed number of blank permits every year. The permit is delivered to the transport operator by the competent authority of the Party or by a body designated by the said authority in the state territory of its residence. 2. At the request of a Party and on mutual agreement between Parties an additional number of blank permits can be exchanged. 3. Permits are personal and are not transferable to other transport operator or third party. 4. Permits can be used only by one vehicle at a time. On the basis of the mutual agreement of the parties additional types of permit can be issued. Permits are valid until January 31 of next calendar year. In case of vehicle in combination with trailer or semi-trailer, the decisive factor for permit requirement is the motor vehicle. 5. The Joint Commission determines the quota, categories and any further conditions of permit use.
