Common use of Settlement Checks Clause in Contracts

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means checks issued to Class Members for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means checks issued to each Settlement Class Members Member who submits a valid and timely Claim Form(s) for the amount of their share of the Net individual Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this AgreementAward.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means checks issued to Class Members Claimants for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this AgreementAgreement and/or checks issued to Training Cost Claimants.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means shall mean the checks issued to Class Members from the Net Settlement Fund by the Claims Administrator as calculated by the Claims Administrator or its agent for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means checks check(s) issued by the Settlement Administrator to Participating Class Members for their the Class Members’ share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this Agreementas allocated pursuant to the settlement allocation agreed to by the Parties.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means the set of checks issued to Class Members for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement Checks. “The Settlement Checks” means Checks shall mean the checks issued to Class Members for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this AgreementAgreement by the Settlement Claims Administrator.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means the two sets of checks issued to Class Members for their share of the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means the checks issued to Qualified Class Members for their share of the Net Settlement Fund Amount (as defined herein) calculated in accordance with Paragraph 3.4(C) of this Agreement.

Settlement Checks. “Settlement Checks” means checks issued to Qualified Class Members for by the Settlement Administrator to pay each Qualified Class Member their share of respective Settlement Share from the Net Settlement Fund calculated in accordance with this AgreementAmount, as well as any subsequent or replacement checks issued during the Payout Period.
