Common use of Settlement of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Accounts. On or prior to the Closing Date, all of the accounts payable and other obligations owing from the Company to ASC or any of its Affiliates shall have been cancelled or forgiven and, following the Closing Date, the Company shall have no obligation or liability in respect thereof.
