The CRMC will communicate settlement offers to the Law Firm electronically through the CRMC’s e-Claims system via the message board, and will provide the Law Firm with the ability to communicate through e-Claims acceptance of the settlement offer or the selection of alternative options available under the NARCO Trust’s claims resolution procedures.
