Grant Offer. 2.1 Subject to the Recipient complying with the terms and conditions set out in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Letter, the Commissioner offers to pay the Grant to the Recipient as a contribution towards eligible expenditure.
2.2 The Recipient acknowledges that the Commissioner agrees to fund it only for the amount, the Funding Period and for the Purpose specified in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Letter.
2.3 This Grant is paid to the Recipient in exercise of the power conferred by Section 143 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Xxx 0000.
Grant Offer. The Authority offers to pay the Grantee the grant funding set out in this Grant Contract on condition that the Grantee complies fully with the terms of this Grant Contract. The Grantee acknowledges that the Authority agrees to provide funding only for the amount, period and purposes set out in this Grant Contract.

3.2. The Recipient acknowledges that the Authority agrees to fund it only for the Grant Amount, the Funding Period and for the Purpose specified in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Funding Letter.
3.3. The Recipient agrees to provide Match Funding to allow the project to run for 12 months.

2.2 The Organisation acknowledges that the Authority agrees to provide funding only for the amount, period and purposes set out in this Grant Agreement.
Grant Offer. 3.1 Payment of the grant is subject to you complying with these Terms and Conditions together with Annex F of the Grant Offer Letter and to such further conditions and requirements that we may from time to time specify.
3.2 The grant will be paid only in respect of Eligible Expenditure incurred by you to deliver the funded activities. The grant must not be used to fund activities that may be party- political in intention, use or presentation, or to propagate a religion or belief.

2.3 This grant is paid to the Recipient in exercise of the power conferred by Schedule 9 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Xxx 0000 which provides Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) with the powers to award community safety grants to any organisations and projects they consider will help them to achieve their crime prevention and wider priorities.
