Settlement Parameters for OHP Members. The following settlement parameters for this Section 7 are intended to approximate financial terms for OHP Members assigned to SCMG/Mosaic, COIPA’s and Praxis Medical Group primary care providers. CMHP’s role in settlements shall be consistent with the settlement terms of SCMG/Mosaic, COIPA and Praxis Medical Group, should such settlement terms differ from the terms and percentages otherwise indicated in this Section 7. CMHPs understand and agree to be subject to the settlement terms other primary care provider agreements when CMHPs provide services for OHP Members assigned to non-SCMG/Mosaic, non-COIPA and non-Praxis Medical Group entities.
