Pediatric Hospitalist Program. SCHS shall be paid one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per OHP Member, per month, for OHP Members assigned to SCMG, Mosaic, COIPA and Praxis Medical Group’s primary care providers in Central Oregon, to support a Pediatric Hospitalist Program (the “Program”). This amount will be an expense against separate HCBs to support the costs of the Program. Program revenue and costs, including FTE costs, will be reported showing any deficit/surplus. SCHS will provide, no less than quarterly, the accounting for the Program revenue and costs as described above to Health Plan.
