Common use of Settlement to Contracting Clinics Clause in Contracts

Settlement to Contracting Clinics. INTERMEDIARY shall utilize the procedures specified 14 in the MSI Clinic Agreement to determine and compute amounts due to Contracting Clinics through 15 Final Settlement.

Settlement to Contracting Clinics. Notwithstanding Final Settlement which may be due 33 clinics submitting Physician claims pursuant to this Agreement, INTERMEDIARY shall utilize the 34 procedures specified 14 in the MSI Clinic Agreement to determine and compute amounts due to 35 Contracting Clinics through 15 Final Settlement.
