Severability, Headings and Waiver. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions of this Agreement and the court shall, so far as possible, construe the invalid portion to implement the original intent hereof. The paragraph headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. If Xxxxxx Remodeling waives a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, that waiver shall neither operate nor be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of any provision hereof.
