Severability; Invalidity. Each provision of this Agreement shall be considered separable and if for any reason any provision or provisions herein are determined to be invalid and contrary to any existing or future law, such invalidity shall not impair the operation of or affect those portions of this Agreement which are valid.

Severability; Invalidity. If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever (i) the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement (including each portion of any Section of this Agreement containing any such provision held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that is not itself invalid, illegal or unenforceable) shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, (ii) such provision or provisions shall be deemed reformed to the extent necessary to conform to applicable law and to give the maximum effect to the intent of the parties hereto, and (iii) to the fullest extent possible, the provisions of this Agreement (including each portion of any Section of this Agreement containing any such provision held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that is not itself invalid, illegal or unenforceable) shall be construed so as to give effect to the intent manifested thereby.
Severability; Invalidity. The Borrower and Holder intend and believe that each provision in this Note comports with all applicable local, state and federal laws and judicial decisions. Severability; Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, inoperative, illegal or unenforceable as applied to any particular case in any jurisdiction, such holding shall not have the effect of rendering the provision or provisions in question invalid, inoperative, illegal or unenforceable in any other jurisdiction or in any other case or of rendering any other provision in this Agreement as being invalid, inoperative, illegal or unenforceable. This Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, inoperative, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. The parties shall substitute for the defective provision a valid, operative and enforceable provision which most closely approximates the economic effect and intent of the defective provision.
Severability; Invalidity. If any provision (or part of a provision) of this Licence is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provisions would be valid, enforceable or legal if some part of it were deleted, the provisions shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intentions of the parties.

Moreover, if any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement should be held to be excessively overbroad as to duration, activity or subject, such provision shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
