Several Rights. The rights of each Finance Party are several and any debt arising under this Agreement at any time from an Obligor to any Finance Party to this Agreement shall be a separate and independent debt. Each Finance Party may, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, separately enforce its rights under this Agreement.
