Severance and Other Termination Benefits. Subject to Section 4(a)(iv), if during the Term there is a Qualifying Termination or your employment with the Company terminates as a result of your death or Disability, then you shall be eligible to receive the following payments and benefits (as applicable, the “Severance Benefits”):
