Severance Compensation upon a Termination Pursuant to Section 6. 1. Subject to Subsections 6.3 (“Accrued but Unpaid Amounts”) and 6.4 (“No Requirement of Mitigation”) and Section 7 (“Payment Delay Provisions and Parachute Limitations”) in this Agreement, upon a termination of Executive’s employment pursuant to and meeting the applicable conditions of Section 6.1 above (a “Section 6 Termination”), Executive shall become entitled to receive the following severance compensation and benefits:

Subject to Subsections 6.3 (“Accrued but Unpaid Amounts”) Sections 5.7, 5.8, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.4 (“No Requirement of Mitigation”) and Section 7 (“Payment Delay Provisions and Parachute Limitations”) in this Agreement6.6 hereof, upon a termination of Executive’s employment pursuant to and meeting the applicable conditions of Section 6.1 or 6.2 above (a “Section 6 Termination”), then, in lieu of any further salary or other compensation or benefits that would otherwise be due to Executive under this Employment Agreement, or otherwise, for periods subsequent to the date of such Section 6 Termination, Executive shall become entitled to receive the following severance compensation and benefits:
