SEVERANCE PAY UPON RIF. It is the intent of the parties that any RIF'd teacher with 10 or more years of service and otherwise eligible shall be entitled to receive the severance payment for accumulated sick leave at any time after the teacher's last day of actual work of the school contract year in which the layoff occurred.
