Tenant shall properly dispose of all sanitary sewage and shall not use the sewage disposal system (a) for the disposal of anything except sanitary sewage or (b) amounts in excess of the lesser of: (i) that reasonably contemplated by the uses permitted under this Lease or (ii) that permitted by any governmental entity.
