Common use of Sewer Use By-law Clause in Contracts

Sewer Use By-law. The Developer agrees that construction of all services and residences within the development contemplated by this Agreement shall adhere to the requirements of the Township’s Sewer Use By-Law in effect as amended from time to time. Under no circumstances shall surface or groundwater drains be connected to the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System.
