Sex Offenses and Sexual Misconduct. The Contractor and Contractor Staff shall be knowledgeable of the requirements of RCW 13.40.570, Sexual misconduct by State Employees, Contractors; and of the crimes included in chapter 9A.44 RCW, Sex Offenses, and shall sign and maintain acknowledgments that they have reviewed the applicable laws on a form provided by SCC. Contractor shall maintain copies of the signed forms and shall provide copies to the Contract Manager upon request.
