Common use of SEXUAL HARASSMENT SENSITIVITY TRAINING Clause in Contracts

SEXUAL HARASSMENT SENSITIVITY TRAINING. All of Contractor’s Management employees that will provide service under this contract must complete not less than four hours of sexual harassment sensitivity training. Those managers will be responsible for conducting sexual harassment sensitivity training for all of Contractor’s employees that work at UB.
