Sexual Misconduct Insurance. This policy must cover bodily injury arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the actual or threatened sexual abuse, molestation, or harassment of any person by Contractor’s employees or any other person for whose acts Contractor may be held liable (“Contractor’s Agents”), and the negligent employment, investigation, supervision, failure to report, or retention of Contractor’s employees or Contractor’s Agents for the actual or threatened sexual abuse, molestation, or harassment of any person. The minimum liability limit must be $1 million per occurrence.

Sexual Misconduct Insurance. Contractor will provide coverage for sexual abuse and molestation which covers bodily injury, emotional distress or mental anguish related to any claim, cause of action or liability associated with child molestation or sexual abuse, with limits no less than $3,000,000.00 per wrongful act and $3,000,000.00 aggregate.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.
