Sexual Problems. This plan does not cover problems with your sexual function or response. It does not matter what the cause is. Drugs, implants or any complications or aftereffects are not covered. Vision Care This plan does not cover routine vision exams or other services to improve visual sharpness, except as stated in Pediatric Vision Services. The following items are not covered:  Glasses, frames and contact lenses  Vision therapy, eye exercise or training  Surgeries to improve the refractive character of the cornea and any results of such treatment.
