Common use of Shared Applications Clause in Contracts

Shared Applications. The Parties acknowledge that they or their respective Affiliates may be required in connection with the provision or receipt of any Service to access or use a software application and related data that is being accessed or used concurrently by the other Party or the other Party’s Affiliates. The Parties agree to reasonably cooperate to ensure that such concurrent use or access of such applications and related data does not result in the disruption of either Party’s or its Affiliates business activities.
