Shared Leave Application Process. The employee seeking shared leave must submit a completed “Application to Receive Shared Leave Form” as indicated on the form. 35.4.1 A request for leave donors will be sent to all employees of the District unless the employee seeking shared leave specifies a worksite or worksites for such requests. 35.4.2 Employees who wish to donate leave to an approved employee in need of shared leave must submit a completed Application to Donate Leave Form as indicated on the form.
