Shared Public and Tribal Costs. The Boeing Company shall provide to the LDWG the in-kind equivalent of the per capita amount of the Shared Public and Tribal Costs, in a form agreed to by the LDWG. The Members agree that such payments constitute an interim allocation for participation under this MOA and do not represent an allocation of responsibility for investigation or cleanup of the Lower Duwamish Waterway. Members do not waive their right to seek an allocation or contribution different from that set forth in Section 5.1 from other Members or from persons or entities not a party to this MOA.

  • MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY If the Contractor’s prices decline, or should the Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the County.

  • Marketing and Publicity Each party may use the other party’s Brand Features in connection with the Agreement as permitted in the Agreement. Customer may state publicly that it is a Google customer and display Google Brand Features in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines. Customer and Google will work together on an announcement of Customer being a Google customer, which will take place on a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of the Effective Date. Additionally, with prior written consent, the parties may engage in joint marketing activities such as customer testimonials, announcements, press engagements, public speaking events, and analyst interviews. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with 30 days’ written notice. Any use of a party’s Brand Features will inure to the benefit of the party holding Intellectual Property Rights to those Brand Features.

  • Public Access Grantor acknowledges and agrees that the general public shall have the regular and substantial opportunity to view the Façade from the streets, sidewalks and other property near the Buildings. Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the Buildings.

  • Responsibility for Following Standards Each Party recognizes a responsibility to follow the standards that may be agreed to between the Parties and to employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the service, network or facilities of the other Party or any third parties connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of the other.

  • Accounting Standards The Subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR 200 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.
