Shared Responsibilities. 2.2.1 The parties will respect and value the diversity of the workplace by helping to prevent and eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and bullying. The parties will observe established procedures and consultative processes to help achieve this objective. 2.2.2 The parties will comply with all OH&S Acts and Regulations, implementation of industry codes and practices to provide a safe workplace. 2.2.3 Employees must comply with the Company’s record and timekeeping requirements. The Company will maintain pay records in accordance with the Act.
