Common use of Shareholder Account Services Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Account Services. BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) for a shareholder’s: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

Shareholder Account Services. BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) for a shareholder’s's: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the Fund’s prospectus: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the prospectusprospectus or declaration of trust, as appropriate, to the extent described therein,: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) for a shareholder’s: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the a Fund has exchange privileges; (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

(ii) for a shareholder’s's: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the then-current prospectus: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications.; and (ii) for a shareholder’s: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges;; and (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

Shareholder Account Services. Solely and exclusively to the extent reasonably requested in a Written Instruction, BNYM may will arrange, in accordance with the prospectusFund’s Prospectus: (i) for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) for a Fund shareholder’s: (A) Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; (B) Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan; and/or (CA) Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

Shareholder Account Services. (i) BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus: (i) , for issuance of Shares obtained through: (A) : • Any pre-authorized check plan; and (B) and • Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) BNYM may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus, for a shareholder’s: (A) : • Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; (B) ; • Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an a automatic redemption plan; and/or (C) and/or • Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.
