Common use of Shareholder Account Services Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Account Services. (i) PFPC will arrange, in accordance with the appropriate Fund's or Portfolio's prospectus, for issuance of Shares obtained through: - The transfer of funds from shareholders' accounts at financial institutions, provided PFPC receives advance Oral or Written Instruction of such transfer; - Any pre-authorized check plan; and - Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) PFPC will arrange, in accordance with the appropriate Fund's or Portfolio's prospectus, for a shareholder's: - Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; - Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in a systematic withdrawal plan; and/or - Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.

(i) PFPC will may arrange, in accordance with the appropriate Portfolio’s prospectus and such procedures and controls as are mutually agreed upon from time to time among the Fund's or Portfolio's prospectus, PFPC and the Custodian for issuance of Shares obtained through: - The transfer of funds from shareholders' accounts at financial institutions, provided PFPC receives advance Oral or Written Instruction of such transfer; - · Any pre-authorized check plan; and - · Direct purchases through broker wire orders, checks and applications. (ii) PFPC will may arrange, in accordance with the appropriate Portfolio’s prospectus and such procedures and controls as are mutually agreed upon from time to time among the Fund's or Portfolio's prospectus, PFPC and the Custodian for a shareholder's’s: - · Exchange of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; - · Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in a systematic withdrawal an automatic redemption plan; and/or - · Redemption of Shares from an account with a checkwriting privilege.
