Common use of Shareholder Account Services Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Account Services. (1) PFPC may arrange, in accordance with the Portfolio's prospectus and such procedures and controls as are mutually agreed upon from time to time among the Fund, PFPC and the Custodian for issuance of Shares obtained though: - Any pre-authorized check plan; and - Direct purchases through broker wire orders: checks and applications.

Shareholder Account Services. (1i) PFPC may arrange, in accordance with the Portfolio's prospectus and such procedures and controls as are mutually agreed upon from time to time among the Fundprospectus, PFPC and the Custodian for issuance of Shares obtained though: - Any pre-authorized check plan; and - Direct purchases through direct purchases, broker wire orders: orders and checks and applications. (ii) PFPC may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus, for a shareholder exchanges of Shares for shares of another fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges.

(ii) PFPC may arrange, in accordance with the prospectus, for a shareholder's: checks and applications- Exchange of Shares of one Portfolio for shares of any other Portfolio or mutual fund with which the Fund has exchange privileges; and/or - Automatic redemption from an account where that shareholder participates in an automatic redemption plan.

(ii) PFPC, if requested, shall arrange for a shareholder's: - Direct purchases through broker wire orders: checks and applications.Exchange of Shares for shares of a fund for which the Fund has exchange privileges;
